Our quality department is constantly monitored to ensure that the manufactured parts are delivered according to the technical specifications required by our customers, that all processes are in accordance with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and are open to incorporation of new quality protocols (VDA 6.3) and new work philosophies, such as "ANMUTUNG" (love for detail).

Our installations occupy an area of 9800 m2, distributed between the injection plant, assembly area, maintenance, warehouse, quality and metrology office, general offices and enclosure closed.
Our quality department is equipped with the essential equipment to carry out the controls in the productions, with the objective of guaranteeing that the manufactured parts are delivered according to the technical specifications demanded by our customers.
We have 31 units, from 30 TN to 1300 TN, equipped with robots, magnetic plates, plastic crushing mills at the foot of the machine, desuperheaters, dehumidifiers, industrial plastic mixers, conveyor belts and others.
We are equipped with overhead cranes with load up to 16 TN for the handling of the molds, cold equipment in closed circuit and other auxiliary equipment.
